In particular, I love the Southbourne Overcliff and and the zigzags that lead down to the lovely sandy beaches below the Overcliff. The sea has so many different characters too.

Whether you like walking, cycling, jogging or running, the Southbourne Overcliff is a great place to take your exercise.
